01/The Challenge

Despite significant investment, AICD's website couldn't surface its highest-value member services, and years of tech-driven, siloed change had left it without the clarity to know where to invest next.

AICD faced challenges with navigation, content discoverability and member engagement. The site had grown through successive technology cycles and disconnected teams, which limited business agility and made the path to future investment unclear.

We led a rapid scoping effort to surface and align business priorities against technical and design debt, turning a tangle of competing needs into a clear, costed and sequenced roadmap leadership could act on with confidence.

From priorities to a planned path forward

We ran a focused rapid scoping engagement to close the gap between strategic vision and delivery readiness. Working across business, marketing and IT, we aligned everyone around shared goals and shaped a phased, prioritised roadmap, combining structured discovery, stakeholder workshops and analysis to define four integrated workstreams, each scoped, costed and sequenced.
